What is a Broad Spectrum Disinfectant?
Basically, it is a substance that when applied to surfaces or released in the air kills 99.9% of all viruses, bacteria, and mold. It is broad spectrum as it contains various components to combat all of these pathogens. In our case, GermSlayer uses a water-based anti-microbial that is non-toxic, non-hazardous, clear, and odorless, non-corrosive, harmless to the environment and is registered and approved by the EPA for treatment of the Corona Virus COVID - 19.
Why Fogging?
Because the process allows much greater coverage than just wiping and mopping surfaces! Is it safe? Do we need to clear out people?
It is rated safe by the EPA for humans and animals, and although we recommend putting away food before treatment, it is even food safe. In addition, no protective gear is required. However, due to potential rare allergies, we recommend people are absent during fogging and for 5 minutes after, or arrange for off hour treatments.
