In addition, we have worked with our largest clients to develop an out-of-the-box thinking purchase order system that allows them to calculate flooring and wall base cost (a waste-filled and linear product) on a per usable square foot basis. This allows leasing agents to know flooring costs prior to closing deals and affords them more negotiating power.
